Monster Beer Bread. Rise one. 
Didn’t have any whole wheat flour, but I did have rye flakes so I just blended those in the coffee grinder for a bit. Didn’t have Ale, so I used a Lager (Dos Equis) for the poolish. 
The recipe is based off the Ale and Yeast Poolish Loaf from Crust by Richard Bertinent.
